Graduated from Medical Faculty Sam Ratulangi Manado, Unika Atmajaya and also continued her studies overseas.

Dr. Deby Vinski is the first doctor in Indonesia to take an Anti-aging Medicine Specialization in Paris, France. Master of Preventive & Anti aging Medicine, Dresden International University, Germany. PhD on Stem cell and Peptide from Saint Petersburg , Institute Bioregulator & Gerontology, Saint Petersburg Rusia. Awarded as Professor of Anti-aging Medicine at The EFHRE International University, Barcelona, Spain. Dubbed as “The Queen of Anti-aging”, Owner of Vinski Tower, Owner of Vinski Mukti Arta Bank & President of World Council of Preventive Medicine (WOCPM) Paris.
